I swear by my... Pit Stop creaser/perforator

We bought a Pit Stop digital creaser/perforator to help us complete a large contract that we had recently won.

The job was a run of 300,000 mailers, which would have been very difficult to outsource due to the large amount of variable printing and mail sorting involved.  The equipment paid for itself in the first two months. We are now creasing 150,000 digitally printed one-piece mailers, 9,500 covers and 50,000 micro-perfs on our Pit Stop and online MB folder every week. We also bring work across from our litho plant to be perforated. By keeping everything in-house we can cut up to eight hours off each production run. In addition, we now have much greater control over the whole process, an improved turnaround time and have made cost savings of around 20%.
