Renz expands following Drupa

The finishing equipment manufacturer has added a host of machines to its range after successful negotiations at Drupa.

It has taken on the Mohr range of guillotines as well as GMP laminators, both of which will now be distributed in the UK by Renz.

The Mohr range includes the 56, 66 and 80cm versions. The machines feature hydraulic cutting, a 198 programme capacity and electric hand wheel for accurate cutting.

All Mohr machines also come with bar code reading, process visualisation, 1,998 programme memory and 18.5" touch screen.

Renz's new GMP range will focus on the Protopic II-540 Series Laminator, which offers high gloss chrome rollers, a high pressure laminating roller with pneumatic cylinder and specially developed films for digitally printed stock.

The machines are belt-fed with an automatic feeder option and can laminate up to B2 format.

Managing director Iain Bullock said: "These machines complement perfectly the Renz punching and binding machines that we have been selling successfully into the digital sector."
