Redwood Publishing production director Niki Webb has been promoted to senior account director.
She is replaced by Susanne Samad, who has been her deputy for the past four years.
In her new role Webb will handle all aspects of the publishing process, with full profit and loss responsibility.
Swiss bank UBS and Britannia Building Society will be among her clients.
"I am delighted to take on this publishing role and work more closely with clients," said Webb.
She said she would miss suppliers "some of whom I regard as very good friends" and Redwoods "wonderful production department", which has grown from three staff to 24 since Redwood (AMV) was formed.
Redwood previously classified Webbs new role as publishing director, but since the firms change to a full-service publishing agency it has assumed job titles that explain the client-handling function, she added.
As production director she handled work for clients including Boots, Marks & Spencer, Sky, Volvo, and Laura Ashley.
Webb was also on the judging panel for this weeks PrintWeek Awards.
