Richard Gray, the industry forum's chief executive, said many printers were "hit hard" by contracts moving out of the UK and the helpdesk would offer advice on improving finances.
"We can't solve problems on the spot but our engineers can share their experience," said Gray of the conference at Stratford Moat House on 22 to 23 June.
Vision in Print said by taking part in some of its programmes, engineers had helped printers save up to 40% in makeready times.
