TPL Loose Leaf is closing its paper over board ring binders division after a fall in demand for its products.
But it said the closure did "not affect in any way" the web offset business of TPL Printers.
TPL announced the closure on Thursday (31 May).
The firm is in consultations with the division's 22 staff and plans to cease operations next month.
It is also reviewing the "redeployment" of some staff to TPL Printers.
The self-accounting Loose Leaf division supplied ring binders to sister Marshall Cavendish Partworks for many years.
