Tories and press heap praise on TPF over role in landmark by-election win

TPF Group has been praised for its role in The Conservative Party's first by-election win over The Labour Party in Crewe and Nantwich since 1982.

Following Conservative MP Edward Timpson's emphatic victory in last week's by-election, TPF was congratulated by the party for consistently meeting extremely challenging deadlines.

An article by Andrew Porter, political editor for the Daily Telegraph, also picked up on the "top notch" quality of The Conservative Party's printed marketing material.

Porter said: "The mechanism for turning around attack literature on Mr Brown was swift and the product high quality."

The praise follows a similarly successful collaboration when Boris Johnson won the recent London Mayoral Election.

Commenting on the London campaign, Paul Sorkin, head of print and design for the Tories, said: "It was by far the most important test yet for TPF and they came through with flying colours."
