In an eight-year deal worth 620m, QuadGraphics will print 22 titles including flagship weekly Time, Entertainment Weekly, Sports Illustrated and Fortune Small Business.
Quebecor World described its 280m deal as "multi-year". The Canadian group will also print and finish Time, Sports Illustrated and Entertainment Weekly, as well as 12 other titles including Time for Kids and People.
QuadGraphics has worked with Time Inc for around 20 years. Chief operating officer Joel Quadracci said he was "thrilled" by the renewal.
He added that his firm was Time Inc's largest print producer and would roll out more copies of Time, Sports Illustrated and People from its Oklahoma plant from 2007.
It plans to buy another web-offset press and take on 50 extra staff. It is one of nine US plants run by the firm.
Quebecor World said the deal, the continuation of a 30-year relationship, would boost its weekly volumes of Time Inc publications by a quarter.
Chuck Miotke, Quebecor World Magazine/Direct president, said that his firm's "multi-plant manufacturing platform" would reduce time-to-market and provide Time Inc with "effective cost reduction opportunities".
