The Print Production division will be housed on a 3,300m site and will comprise all the groups litho, screen, digital and graphic display printing facilities.
Group finance director Adrian Povey will take responsibility for the division, plus its pre-media businesses, G&E and Cambridge Publishing Management.
Group managing director Alan Barnett has been named as director of the Print Management division, which includes CCS, Fairway and Eurographics.
Thomas Potts chief executive Mark Scanlon said the group would gain logistical, structural and economic benefits from locating all its print manufacturing on one site.
