Systems director Marcus Kirby said the system offered TFG "substantial business benefits".
Both regular and ad hoc customers are being encouraged to use Preflight Online to make sure they are supplying files correctly.
"This saves many hours of checking files and eliminates unnecessary conversations with customers," said Kirby. "More importantly, we have branded
Preflight Online as a TFG service and are consequently improving our client relationships."
TFG is one of a number of London-based pre-press firms that have installed the system, including Keene Group, Colour Systems and Graphic Facilities.
"Companies like TFG are signing up for Preflight Online because they are recognising how much money they can save," said Extensis European business director Bob Campbell.
Preflight Online was originally launched in November 2000 as a PDF only online flight-checking system. Since then the service has been expanded to include native application files.
