Sydney Beaumont, which was acquired by Pyramid last year, now stocks a range of brands including Foamalite Foam PVC, Correx, Akyprint and Smart-X, as well as Aluprint Digital aluminium composite sheets and EcoACM hoarding panels.

Geoff Leigh, managing director of Sydney Beaumont, said: "In the Yorkshire area we are a predominantly collection-based business with our sign making customers calling during the day to pick up their orders of self adhesive vinyl products.

"Over the years many of these customers have told us how handy it would be to collect flat sheet products as well, meaning we would literally be a one stop shop for all their materials. Being part of Pyramid has given us access to the industry's leading sheet product range and made this a reality I feel our customers will genuinely appreciate."

Sydney Beaumont stores minimal quantities of all products on-site in Leeds for same day collection, including a maximum of a dozen or so Foamalite sheets and two or three of each aluminium grade.

These are stocked up each morning with deliveries from Pyramid's Manchester hub, together with deliveries of pre-ordered cut sizes or different sizes to those in stock in Leeds.

The company continues also stocks a full range of self-adhesive vinyl’s from manufacturers including Aslan, Ritrama and Politape, together with the Graphtec range of CAD plotters.
