Sun shows off new ink-jet ink range at Fespa

Sun Chemical has used Fespa to launch a range of digital ink-jet inks and to reveal its restructured speciality printing inks division.

The consumables giant used the Munich show to officially unveil its Streamline range of inks which are targeted at wide-format digital printers.

Sun Chemical Screen global marketing manager Tony Cox said that the firm was aiming "to make the conversion from OEM inks to third-party inks as easy as pos- sible". He added that Streamline boasted external durability of two to three years.

Sun Chemical Screen is a new trading division which regroups the group's former screen and ink-jet ink divisions. In the UK, these include Sun Chemical Gibbon and Coates Screen UK, as well as Coates Screen in France, Germany and Italy and Sun Chemical Spain.
