Stralfors brings Kent facilities under one roof

Transactional printer Stralfors UK has brought its Kent-based facilities together under one roof.

Previously it had a number of buildings in Orpington, but opened a single site at Crossways Business Park in Dartford earlier this year (17 January).

It marks the first time that all departments and production facilities at the Kent site have been housed together.

Located just 12 miles from its previous site, the facility is also within easy reach of London.

Stralfors UK managing director John Carter said: "As our business has expanded we have gradually taken over a number of buildings at our existing site to accommodate a larger workforce and new equipment.

"This was starting to impact efficiencies so we are delighted to have found premises where we can bring all our operations under a single roof and have the flexibility for future growth."

"The move has involved a great deal of work from staff and I would like to personally thank those that have been heavily involved; operations director Tony Plummer, UK facilities manager Paul Tuckfield, warehouse and facilities manager Troy Pender, Dartford project manager Adam Payne and environmental and compliance manager Rob Norwell."
