Sensorpod to hold UK web handling seminar

Seminars for Engineers, the consultancy and training arm of US surface pressure and force sensors manufacturer Sensorpod, is to hold a seminar entitled Principles of Web Handling.

The event will cover the "must know areas of web handling" including tension control, roller design and alignment, nips guiding, wrinkling and spreading.

Former president of coating and laminating firm Kroenert, and web handling expert Chris Watson, will chair the course.

The two-day course will be held from 13-14 October at the Holiday Inn in Birmingham and costs £705.
