Security printer Scientific Games is to move the 60 staff from its Bradford plant to its Leeds base, following the closure of operations in Bradford.
The company moved into a purpose-built 15,000m2 plant from smaller premises in Leeds last October.
It will begin moving packaging and finishing lines from Bradford to Leeds in approximately six weeks, with the presses following in December.
The intention was always to amalgamate both sites we have expanded considerably over the past two or three years, said operations director Mark Scholey.
The firm employs about 590 staff and in 1999 had a net worth of 2.2m, with profits of 2.42m. It refused to disclose the split of business across the two sites.
The company has been based in Leeds since 1923. Previously operating under the Opax International name, it was bought by Scientific Games International, based in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1996.
SGI in Leeds prints lottery tickets and phone cards worldwide the group offers a range of lottery and gaming products and services, including instant and pull-tab lottery tickets, lottery terminals and promotional games.
