The Santa was designed by Gratterpalm and sent out to Asda's 294 stores across the UK. The cardboard Santa has a moving mechanical arm to recreate the "Asda pat" and is controlled by a series of motors mounted at the back of the display.
"Our challenge was to print and implement Santa while ensuring we adhered to brand values," said bezier Wakefield managing director Ian Carnazza.
