The Wren Press has been granted a Royal Warrant of Appointment to the Queen and also to the Prince of Wales in the capacity of Printers and Stationers.
To gain accreditation, a company has to have supplied the grantor for at least five years and fulfil various criteria. These include increased sales over the period, a consistent high standard of service and, particularly in the case of the Prince of Wales, an adherence to recycling and eco-friendly policies with plans to increase this in the future.
Head of marketing Helen Minter said: "To be granted both awards simultaneously is quite rare and we can now engrave or print both Warrants onto all our material."
The firms core business is stationery printing, including writing paper, personally printed "At Home" cards and its wedding range.
The London-based firm was set up in 1981 with just a letterpress and now has a turnover of 2m and employs 35 staff.
