The Northern Ireland-based multi-wall sack specialist was acquired by former Clondalkin CEO John FitzGerald and Cordovan Capital earlier this year.
The new name references the heritage of the company, which began life as C.B. Paper Sacks of Dublin back in 1956.
Managing director Declan McGrady commented: “Rebranding as CB Paper Sacks aligns us with a dynamic exciting future and strengthens our position in the paper sack market in Ireland and UK.”
He said the change honoured the firm’s legacy “while unlocking new opportunities for innovation and customer collaboration”.
CB Paper Sacks is the only paper sack manufacturer located on the island of Ireland.
It has sales of around £15m and employs 37.
The business was previously owned by Austrian group Mayr Melnhof.
