West Yorkshire print marketing and fulfilment firm Flow Group has rebranded following its recent acquisitions and expansion.

The Brighouse company, previously known as The Flow Group, worked with Leeds-based strategic marketing specialist Fantastic Media on the rebrand, which has seen the company invest in a new website, a full brand overhaul, new signage for its circa-1,500sqm premises, and a refreshed marketing strategy.

The business said it had initially looked to create a tactical marketing strategy, to assist with its customer appeal and retention, but decided a complete overhaul in operational structure and its presentation to the public was required before this could be possible, and this formed the basis of the rebranding approach.

The rebrand has positioned Flow Group as the company’s ‘hero brand’ while bringing a cohesive visual and structural approach among the group’s other brands, including Mr Flyer, acquired by the group in 2020, and Modern Bookbinders, which was acquired in December 2024.

The group said it has retained its sustainability vision, through its Greener Mail initiative, as well as its production capabilities and print and fulfilment strategies.

Richard Standing, co-founder and managing director of Flow Group, said: “The rebrand has been a long time in the making, but we have enjoyed working with Fantastic, who have offered insight and perspective, translating our brand structure into exactly what we need.

“We’re excited to go forward with a more cohesive brand identity, and our strategy reflects this.

“Our customers will benefit from Flow’s new look and simplified structure whilst maintaining the same drive for sustainability and strategic solutions that maximise their print marketing and fulfilment campaigns.”

Gary Pattison, director of strategy and insight at Fantastic Media, added: “When Flow Group approached us to help with their marketing, we quickly realised that we needed to take a step back and look at how the organisation's brands were structured and how they should be positioned in the market.

“The team at Flow completely embraced this approach and it’s further proof that this working methodology works far better than fixating too quickly on activation without solid foundations.”

Established in 2008, Flow Group employs 28 staff and is set to turn over £3.8m this year. It works with businesses across the UK in sectors including retail, e-commerce, education, real estate, and professional services. Clients include Twinkl, Aston Martin, Disney, Cadburys, and Marie Curie.
