"Our first machine [since the administration] is being installed next week... so it's all heading the right way," said managing director Chris Broomfield.
As well as the first installation, to an undisclosed UK firm, Broomfield also said it had a healthy "order book" following Print 05, held in Chicago in September.
The Lymington, Hampshire-based firm began its relocation to the new 650sqm facilities on the Ampress Park industrial estate, a mile from its old 2,000sqm site, last week. It hopes to complete the move early next week.
Coinciding with the move, Setmasters is currently investing around 70,000 in new IT systems and fleet vehicles, and has plans to increase its spares stock by 75% and expand its service team.
"It's all with an aim to improve our response and offer the kind of back-up our customers expect," said Broomfield.
The firm has also taken on two new staff, one from the "old" Setmasters, bringing its headcount to 14, with plans for two more in the new year.
The Fullers Group took a 60% stake in the firm, with Broomfield and electrical manager James Clark each taking 20% when the firm was bought out of administration in September.
Setmasters' new contact number: 01590 675555.
