Barco Purup-Eskofots (BP-E) senior management will be appointed from outside the firm, following the launch of its new identity.
Former Barco managing director Bruno Pairon left the firm on Monday (14 January) and president and chief executive William Schulin-Zeuthen will leave by the end of June.
"It became clear to me that it made sense to have a neutral outsider in charge of the new company from a long-term point of view," said Schulin-Zeuthen.
He will stay on to implement the structure, strategy and identity of the new firm and then leave, although he plans to remain in the graphic arts business.
Pairon was originally going to stay with the firm until restructuring was complete. His next job will be in real estate, according to a BP-E spokesman.
