NB recruits four staff to handle growing personalisation work

NB Group has taken on four new recruits in order to drive its burgeoning personalisation offering.

The Gateshead-based marketing business has taken on the staff to work in the company's digital department, producing personalised marketing campaigns for clients.

According to Brian Waites, managing director of NB Group, there is an increasing demand from customers for integrated campaigns that couple "traditional" methods with online and marketing services.

"Major brands want to explore digital marketing opportunities and how they tie in with other brand building and promotional activities," he said.

"All this additional activity can be difficult to coordinate effectively because there can be any number of parties involved."

Stephen Calvert joins the group as IT Director, Peter Revill takes on the role of data processor while Rachael Short and Joanne Cooper take on account manager positions.

Waites said that taking on added staff helped to channel suppliers through one point of contact.

"The arrival of our new recruits means we are now in an ideal position to help clients develop hard-hitting campaigns from scratch and then execute them in-house," he said.
