The trip is aimed at enhancing relationships with current partner Technova Imaging Systems.
Foster has earlier visited India 50 times as a director of export sales, Far East for Monotype International. Foster’s week-long visit to India will be his last visit in a business capacity as he will be announcing his retirement soon.
Centurfax Customised Dotmeters provides the new microDot plate reader for calibration and control of litho printing plates. Foster is the owner and managing director of Ripware.
The visit to India is for collaborative work with Technova in Mumbai.
Foster said: "I would be delighted to meet up with past Monotype or Hyphen colleagues or customers who would like to get together to discuss the Indian printing industries, past and present. Those no longer involved in the industry would be more than welcome as well, even if they fancy a chat about football or cricket."
Foster will be at the Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai on 15 June at 7.00 pm to meet with friends, associates from TechNova and fellow UK co-director of Centurfax Customised Dotmeters, Terry Payne.
Payne worked for Linotype during the highly successful period of sales in India of the Linotype 202.
