The deal represents a return to the folding arena for MAN Roland GB, which formerly distributed Herzog + Heymann equipment.
MAN Roland GB sales director Roger Cartwright said: GUK feels that it has yet to reach its full potential in the UK, believing that this country should be one of its top three markets.
There are currently over 100 GUK folding machines in the UK, a figure that Cartwright plans to substantially increase.
