Densitometer manufacturer Tobias Associates position in the UK is unclear after it issued notice to its UK supplier LLS Technics.
Tobias has been unwilling to discuss the situation with LLS or resolve issues of customer support.
"Im looking for some answers from Tobias," said LLS Technics managing director Nick Kennedy. "My first priority is to existing Tobias customers."
Tobias has appointed PrintMediaPartners (PMP), a company that specialises in finding UK dealers for foreign manufacturers, to find new dealers.
PMP owner Danny Moloney said: "Wed like Tobias and LLS Technics to continue working together."
As PrintWeek went to press there was no one from Tobias available for comment.
