Mollin Publishing in London is to be placed into liquidation owing creditors over 1m.
It published Mens Fitness magazine under licence from Intaura, which has since sold the licence to Dennis Publishing.
Administrator Hassan Mirza of Pridie Brewster admitted that Mollin owed over 1m, although he refused to say if the firm had enough assets to pay.
In the last year Mollin has had 11 county court judgements filed against it totalling 79,310.
An industry source told PrintWeek that a number
of magazine printers and paper suppliers were owed money.
