Link Mailing poised to go into liquidation

Creditors of Link Mailing are to vote on the appointment of a liquidator at the Coventry-based business.

A notice on the London Gazette dated 23 April called a virtual meeting to take place at 11.15am on 9 May at which a resolution to wind up the Coventry-based firm will be considered and a decision taken.

Eric Walls and Wayne Harrison of Gateshead-based insolvency practice KSA Group have been named as the nominated liquidators. They have asked creditors to turn over votes with proof of their claims ahead of 4pm on 8 May.

Services at Link Mailing, which last year celebrated its 20th anniversary, included commercial print, direct mail, polywrapping and enclosing, and wide-format print.

According to its most recent accounts, the firm employed seven staff.

Its current trading status is unclear, with both KSA and Link Mailing director Deborah Donaldson unavailable for comment at the time of writing.
