Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) has reached a definitive agreement to buy Imation's worldwide colour proofing and colour software arms.
The 33m ($50m) deal includes Imation's Matchprint line of colour proofing systems. Around 500 staff will transfer to KPG.
