Heidelberg UK won supplier of the year and Printcafes PrintSmith management information system scooped Product of the Year.
Speakers included Nigel Toplis, managing director of On Demand Communications, who runs the UKs largest franchise set-ups, Kall Kwik and Prontaprint.
He warned the 150 delegates that printers must become much more customer-focused and that print was no longer a craft industry.
BAPC chairman Sidney Bobb was awarded life membership of the association at the Beaconsfield bash.
