The relaunched title, which went on sale last Thursday (16 October), continues to be printed at Cooper Clegg, which renewed its contract earlier this month (PrintWeek, 2 October).
The blister packaging for the 70,000-run issue was carried out by Blisters in Midsomer Norton.
Production director Simon Maggs said the blister packaging was fairly straightforward.
The magazine has also increased in pagination to 308pp.
Publisher Bruce Sandell said: Our brand value is that we always try to do things differently. Its something thats quite unique for the mens market.
Sandell said Dennis was planning another interesting packaging concept for the next issue of Jack.
The image for the front cover of the November issue is based on Goldie Hawns character from the film Private Benjamin and the issues theme is Sex Wars.
