The sale, which will raise 1.8m immediately plus 375,000 over six years from December 2003, includes the sites de-inking plant.
Inveresk will relocate Kilbagies two papermaking machines to other mills in Scotland. Executive chairman Ken Minton said the group would concentrate production of graphic paper at its Caldwells plant.
