Inkjet Forum India to organise a conference in November at Mumbai

The second edition of international conference on inkjet print technology: Inkjet India 2011 will be held from 11-12 November, Mumbai. The conference is jointly organised by Silversheen Inks and Coatings and Inkjet Forum India.

Aditya Chandavarkar, CEO, Inkjet Forum India said: "The consolidation and innovation of products is presently the in-thing and "Innovate or face extinction" should be the mantra for the print industry."

The conference will bring together the digital printing community, covering in-depth analysis on the progress of inkjet printing technology in India. It will also discuss UV inkjet, colour management, printing media, software, innovative applications among others.

To support these discussions, the conference will host expert speakers of the print industry: Thomas Poetz, chairman marketing and R& D, 3P Ink Jet Textiles AG; Vinod Krishnamurthy, managing director, Mimaki Kanphor India, etc.

The special attraction of the show is that a publication will be launched on the occasion which will comprise of a profile of speakers, an overview on the digital printing industry in India, articles, editorials and success stories on key aspects of the digital printing.

"Inkjet India 2011 will be bigger and will host a wider range of presentations compared to the first edition," stated Chandavarkar.
