According to ICE president Val DiGiacinto, the group, which is a forum for Indigo users, intends to broaden its scope.
"We are excited to have support from Kodak as we consider evolving to a multi-platform digital printing users' group and extending our reach into the broader community of digital printers," DiGiacinto said.
The annual meeting takes place in Las Vegas from 11-12 November. Kodak's backing is a welcome boost for the group.
In July, HP set up an alternative customer forum for Indigo users and withdrew its support for ICE.
