IIR to buy Northprint and Flexo

IIR Exhibitions, the organiser of Ipex, is poised to add more print exhibitions to its stable with the acquisition of the Northprint and Flexo shows from Reed Exhibitions.

Further details are unknown and IIR declined to comment.

The next Ipex takes place in 2006, with Flexo due in March 2005 and Northprint in April 2005.
