The system will go live at the Leeds and Willerby sites on 1 December, replacing a Shuttleworth MIS.
IDG, which has a turnover of more than 25m, has also installed an intranet across the two sites to support the workflow.
Paul Andrew, IDG sales and marketing manager, said: "The benefit to customers is that we will be able to provide accurate information indirectly or directly, with some customers using the online facility."
IDG chairman and founder Roger Birkin said: "We were after an efficient integrated system diverse enough to handle various processes across multiple sites and capable of keeping pace with our future plans."
He added that the installation of the intranet was "integral to the investment", allowing IDG to improve in warehousing and fulfilment.
Tharstern director Abdul Kassas said: "IDG will be one of our biggest clients and we are very pleased to be working with such a forward-thinking company."
