The challenges that had to be overcome to print the 60,000 copies of Inspirational Magazine made it a fitting title. The extra web width led the team to change offset blankets, de-calcify the roller and change the ink-water balance to avoid defects. The Telford, Shropshire, printer pulled off similar feats on Christie’s International Real Estate, Outdoor Photography and Food & Travel to wow judges. “The variety of techniques in this entry was impressive, in another year it could have been a winner,” one said.
