Go Inspire Group has revealed another extension to its growing team of directors, with the appointment of its first digital technology director.

The company took on Satbinder Mann in the newly created role in June.

The business said Mann will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital roadmap “and spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions”.

It continued: “His strategic acumen and ability to align digital strategies with the business objectives will ensure increased efficiency, enhanced customer experiences, and accelerated growth for the company and its clients.”

Mann has over two decades of experience in diverse domains within the sector and his specialist areas include software and automation. His career includes senior roles at Adare SEC and Banner Managed Communications.

Dimitri Kyprianou, group managing director at Go Inspire, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Sat to our team. His extensive experience and comprehensive skill set make him an invaluable addition to our organisation.

“We believe that Sat’s leadership and expertise will play a crucial role in propelling our company to new heights of success in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.”

Mann added: “I am honoured to be part of this dynamic team and excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at Go Inspire to drive innovation, shape its digital future and achieve exceptional results.”

The business also recently hired Andrew Adkins as director of insight and analytics and Caroline Maddox as digital service director – also both newly created roles.

Kyprianou became group MD of the company in June, when Patrick Headley stepped down as CEO after 30 years with the business.

The company, which was sold to Xerox last year, has a £90m-turnover and employs more than 400 staff, predominantly working across two factories in Leicester and Kettering although it has also just opened a new London office that will act as a collaboration, sales, and client suite space.
