Gask and Hawley rebrands as G&H

Gask and Hawley has completed a reorganisation of its divisions and rebranded them under the G&H banner.

The holding company is now called G&H Print Services and its divisions comprise of G&H Pre-Press, G&H Sheet Fed, G&H Direct Mail, G&H Web Offset and G&H Distribution.

The company, which has its head office in Trafford Park, Manchester, had placed its old pre-press division, Gask and Hawley, into administration with the assets bought by its new Pre-Press arm and moved into its Trafford Park premises. The division was part of the original company, founded in 1969 as a typesetting and artwork business. The administrators were BDO Stoy Hayward.

G&H Print Services director Dave Hatton said: “The Gask and Hawley part of the business was doing very little trading and we thought the time had come to tie up the loose ends.”

He added that the move did not result in any redundancies.

The Distribution division has won a £1.5m contract from retailer Nisa Today’s to distribute personalised print across the country.
