Over 70 jobs have been saved at Photobition Print & Promotions (Portsmouth) after it was bought back by Charles Gardiner, who sold the then Gardiner Laminating Group to Photobition 13 months ago.
"It took 15 years to build the business up and just over a year to nearly destroy it, and I could not let it happen," he said.
He has bought the businesses of GLG Laminating, GLG Promotions, GLG Film Products and Data Design, which were split across three sites: two in Portsmouth and one in Slough.
Gardiner Graphics Group will operate two further Graphic Supplies and Laminating businesses across the three sites.
And 12 of Photobition USA's sites have been put up for sale by Arthur Andersen, according to Photobition USA chief executive officer Dominic Propati.
