A former director of Traxdata in High Wycombe has bought selected assets of the company after it was placed into receivership with Grant Thornton on 29 June.
The news comes weeks after the assets of Traxdata Wales were bought out of administration by directors, leaving a string of creditors (PrintWeek, 8 June).
Traxdata has vacated its High Wycombe plant, but callers are being redirected to a new company called Mstation, based in Slough.
Records at Companies House show that Mstation is registered at Traxdatas former premises. Mstation and Traxdata share a common director, Michael Cousins.
Colorscan, based in High Wycombe, is owed 8,000 by Traxdata Wales and a further 24,000 by Traxdata.
Colorscan managing director John Clark said: Im frustrated, to say the least, at the devastation these companies leave behind. Bottom lines and margins are tight enough without all this.
Traxdata shares two common directors with Traxdata Wales, Kevin Edwards and Graham Dent.
