Formation Print is printing 5,000 personalised monthly invoices for YES Telecoms customers.
The Borehamwood-based company receives YES Telecom headed paper, then prints the invoices using a Xerox digital printer in black and a blue spot colour.
Each of the firms customers receives individual information and the latest services and products as part of Formations message management service.
"They [Formation] have transformed mundane, run-of-the-mill pieces of paper like phone bills into something that grabs the customers attention," said YES Telecom director Colin Jones.
YES Telecom, based in Manchester, began trading in September and decided to outsource the design, printing and fulfilling of its bills to Formation.
It also took advantage of Formations archive service, which allows YES Telecom or its customers to call up copies of bills up to six months old.
The system also analyses the monthly information received from YES Telecom as it produces the bills, and compares it to the previous month to assess what new products or services the customer might need.
Other Formation customers include Vodafone Northern Ireland and Carphone Warehouse.
