The Stalybridge-based folder maker installed a second Fidia capacity pocket folder and brought laminating in house with B1 thermal laminating.
According to sales executive Phil Clegg, the company hopes to attract new customers now it can handle jobs end-to-end in-house.
He said: "We also die-cut in house, with the add-ons of collating, shrinkwrapping, drilling and 12 skilled bench hands enabling us to handle all aspects of the job from start to finish."
Clegg added that the next step for the company was to install B1 die-carton and carton-gluing technology.
Foldermatics has a turnover of £550,000 and employs 10 staff.
