The book celebrating the noted 1960s art dealer is a showcase of lavish textures and imagery, from the silk-screened cover in one colour to the delicate 60gsm Bible paper. More vibrancy came in the form of Chantal Joffe & Isabel Myerscough Friendship Portraits, a project involving extensive repro, retouching, cut-outs and extending backgrounds. Two cover versions were printed and bound at quick turnarounds for the opening night at the National Portrait Gallery.

Some 2,000 copies of Jenny Saville’s title Oxyrhynchus were printed for the Gagosian Gallery in New York. Of the four entries from Pureprint, “it would be a pleasure to own any of these stunning titles”, enthused the judging panel.
