Heidelberg UK is hosting a webinar this week that aims to detail how print business leaders can unlock the potential of the frequently overlooked data at their fingertips to drive efficiencies and even generate sales.

The free online event will feature four experts from Heidelberg and the BPIF:

  • Paul Chamberlain, head of software solutions, Heidelberg UK
  • Marcus Clifford, regional director, BPIF
  • Matthew Peacock, business process improvement specialist adviser, BPIF
  • Carolina Viterbo, product manager, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen

“Big Data Analytics provide insights that can increase a print shop’s productivity and margin. They also allow printers to visualise correlations that are not immediately clear but have a deep impact on their business,” said Chamberlain.

“Our webinar is a great opportunity for business principals and senior production staff to discover how they can use data to bring out hidden opportunities to streamline operations and maximise their profits.”

The session will take the form of a conversation led by Chamberlain who will challenge the panel on topics ranging from why data analytics is so important in helping reduce costs and increase engagement and profitability, to where the data comes from and selecting the right KPIs.

The 45-minute webinar will be broadcast live from Heidelberg UK’s new headquarters on Thursday at 11am and will also be available on demand to people that have registered in advance.
