Printed brand communications company Envision Media has boosted its production and reduced its turnaround times for customers after taking on a new HP Stitch S1000 dye-sub printer.

Founded in 2013, Skelmersdale-based Envision Media produces wide-format print for clients including Formula 1, Asda, The Jockey Club, Shark, Waterstones, and B&M Stores.

After seeing increased demand for its services, it purchased the Stitch S1000 from approved HP reseller RA Smart and the device was installed in April.

Paul Harrison, director and co-founder of Envision Media, said: “With the demand we have been facing, we understood the value in upgrading our manufacturing process with machinery that can cope with the demand, produce high quality prints and allow us to expand our scope within the fabrics and materials we use.

“Within the space of a few months, we are impressed with the full capabilities of the machinery and with the results so far, as are our clients – which is the most important accreditation for us.

“Installing the HP Stitch S1000 has allowed us to speed up our production times, meaning we are able to work to extremely tight deadlines and produce more artworks without compromising quality.”

Harrison also praised the environmental benefits of the machine and said the printer and its ability to handle more sustainable materials supported the company’s ongoing efforts of working towards a more planet-friendly industry.
