The firm attributed rises in revenues and profits to an increase in demand for digital colour in the office and commercial print markets.
Its results, which didnt include any contribution from Printcafe or T/R Systems, showed net income up 259% to 7.7m ($13m) on sales up 5% to 57.5m.
The acquisitions will contribute about 5m to its fourth-quarter revenues, which will be in the range of 61.5m-63.2m.
However, one-time charges of around 8m related to the acquisitions are expected to wipe out net income in the quarter, meaning it will break even or produce only a small profit.
