The seminars, which will take place in Quark's Workflow Cinema and Hewlett-Packard's Digital Output Showcase, will tackle subjects including proofing, finishing and paper for digital printing. Pira is to host the four masterclasses.

Topics include pre-press for digital printing, business strategies for the sector, digital printing technology and ink-jet for packaging and electronics. The 90-minute sessions cost 59.

The BPIF will be on-hand to provide advice to printers in its Business Advice Centre, while the London College of Communications will hold its Futures Conference for undergraduates.
