Emphasis will be put on the commercial value and "profit boosting" features of the print finishing software.
Editor GT will be demonstrated via two print lines running simultaneously throughout Ipex on stand 350 in Hall 12.
One line will show how the software can assist in direct mail printing and the second will show it working in unison with the Bitjet 212 to produce graphics such as logos or barcodes.
The first line will select information from a database and then print variable data such as addresses and inline personalisation at speeds of up to 8m per second onto a mailer and ultimately passing through a folding sequence.
"Its all about controlling the data," said Domino UK marketing services manager Sheila Richardson. "The integration of the software has a clear added value, allowing the user to control exactly whats happening in the printing process."
The Editor GT software package has been designed so that it can be operated by staff with no more than basic PC skills.
