ColourMaster Images provides printing for photo exhibition

ColourMaster Images in Leicester is working with photographer Sally Smith to produce the first exhibition of her work.

The colour-printing specialist has marked itself as one of the UK’s leading photographic image printers and recently produced work for an exhibition for internationally acclaimed flower and garden photographer Clive Nichols.

Sally Smith is a 2008 Finalist in the Garden Photographer of the Year competition in Devon. ColourMaster will be printing her exhibition Portfolio of a Garden.

The company prints the pictures at a resolution of 2,800x1,440 dpi on Epson Stylus Pro printers, combined with Epson UltraChrome Ink, driven by an ImageHunter RIP supplied by FujiFilm.

The exhibition will be held at her studio at Wild Rose Cottage in the village of Ashprington, near Totnes in Devon, between 6-14 September. The exhibition will display plant portraits captured from the photographer’s garden.

David Leedham, managing director at ColourMaster Images, said: "Sally's work shows a very subtle touch. She has created a selection of incredibly engaging studies of flowers and foliage, beautifully emphasising the form, texture and colour of the subject."
