Co-founder of Hartmann Inks UK arm passes away

Wilf Brockway, co-founder of the UK subsidiary of Hartmann Inks, passed away on 29 November, aged 72.

Brockway retired from the inks company, which was later acquired by Sun Chemical, at the age of 65.

He came out of retirement to take up a position at ink manufacturer and supplier Gardiner Colours.

Peter Greaves, managing director of Polestar Chromoworks, said: "He was a man who was totally respected by all in the industry."
