Burall Plastec and Buralls of Wisbech have been merged to form Burall Limited while horticultural division Burall Floraprint will be more closely aligned to the business. Burall Plastec managing director Jon Allen will head up the new division while Buralls of Wisbech managing director David Hunter has become innovations director.
Smart card and data capture business Burall InfoSmart and packaging service ImageNet will be unaffected by the changes.
This isnt so much a brand new approach as confirmation of how we were working already, said The Burall Company chief executive Andy Leet.
The move integrates all of its packaging, promotion and communication services.
